Structure Description:

1. Automatic feeder: automatically take out brace from tray tray and put it into welding machine;

2. Vehicle automatic cycle mechanism: automatically cycle the vehicle inside the machine and transport the product to each work station for welding;

3. Automatic cutting shrapnel on the shrapnel mechanism: automatically cut the coil shrapnel into a single product, into the vehicle welding;

4. Automatic feeding and loading tray equipment: automatically place the welded finished products into the positioning tray.
