What is the inspection standard for metal parts processing?
I. Basic Principles:
The acceptance method used shall only accept the workpiece at the specified size acceptance limit. For the workpiece with matching requirements, its dimension inspection should comply with Taylor's principle, the hole or shaft size is not allowed to exceed the maximum solid size.
Note: Taylor principle means that the actual size and shape error of holes and shafts with matching requirements should be controlled within the size tolerance zone (shaft minus hole plus).
Two, the principle of minimum deformation:
In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results, the deformation caused by various factors should be minimized.
Three, the shortest size chain principle:
In order to ensure a certain measurement accuracy, the link of the measurement chain should be reduced to the minimum, that is, the measurement chain should be the shortest (to reduce the measurement error accumulation).
Iv. Principle of closure:
In measurement, if the closed condition can be satisfied, then the sum of the interval deviation is zero, which is the closed principle.
Five, the unified principle of the benchmark:
Measurement datum should be consistent with design datum and process datum.
